Medicaid Personal Care

PC services are available to assist an eligible member to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) in the member’s home. The member must be a recipient of traditional Medicaid coverage. Potential members must first be referred by their primary care physician and then determined medically eligible by a third party assessment.
